BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking with passport details (copies of passports) should be sent to our office at least 60-days prior to the trip.
Advance payment: 30 % trip cost is required to be made at the time of booking (in cash or by bank transfer to our a/c).
Balance of payment due upon arrival in Nepal or before the trip starts from Kathmandu (in Cash).
Cancellation: 50 % of tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee if you cancel the trip within 15 days prior to start of the tour. No refund, thereafter, also for no-show, delay arrival or whatever reasons.
The trip costs, Tibet visa rules, flight timing and tour routes are subject to change without prior notice.

All clients must have valid passport (at least 6 months beyond last date of stay in Nepal).
You must have valid permit to stay in Nepal or make trip with Pristine Mountain Adventure.
Note: Visa can be easily obtained in your country via, Nepalese Consulate (if any) or at the time of arrival in TIA or Nepalese boundary.
Trekking guides and trekking staff are fully insured and responsible Pristine Mountain Adventure office itself. But trekkers insurance and responsibility by themselves. Moreover, the trekker is liable to submit his/her insurance policy documents before leaving for the trip.
Acceptance of risk:
Some trip and treks are adventurous and bear a lot of risk in them. This includes minor injuries, damages and even death. In such a condition Pristine Mountain Adventure will provide help to you.

Pristine Mountain Adventure heartily accepts all our clients’ complaints and suggestions. For any complaints, contact our head office as soon as possible so it will be easy to resolve the problem .
