Manaslu Region trek

The main journey here is around Manaslu region, reaching north of the Himalayas and circling the great Manaslu-Himalchuli-Baudha massif.

Since Manaslu is a special area for trekkers and was only officially opened from 1991 onwards for trekking, it needs special permits.

 Two to three week complete treks will give you an exciting, adventurous and once in a lifetime experience. This trek is famous and popular in these days because of its unique nature.

 You will be really challenged by nature if you do this trek . It means everyone needs to be fit both physically and mentally. This trek serves to you a unique culture, lovely mountains views and the experience of up and down trails on the high mountain sides.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1350m.), pick up then transfer to the Hotel

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley .

Trek started

Day 03: Drive Kathamandu to  – Arughat bazaar 570m (8 Hrs/approx)

Day 04: Arughat  – Lapubesi 885m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 05: Lapubesi – Tatopani (hot spring) 990m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 06: Tatopani – Salleri 1353m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 07: Salleri – Deng 1875m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 08: Deng – Namrung 2630m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 09: Namrung – Samagaon 3530m (6 – 7 Hrs/approx)

Day 10: Samagaon day trip - climb to Manaslu base camp(4400 m.) nearby and come back samgaon.

Day 11: Samagaon – Samdo 3875m (4 Hrs/approx)

Day 12: Rest at Samdo for acclimatization

Day 13: Samdo – Dharamshala 4460m (3 ½ Hrs)

Day 14: Dharamshala – Bhimtang 3720m (8 – 9 Hrs/approx)

Day 15: Bhimtang – Gho  2560m (4/5 Hrs)

Day 16: Rest and visit Ponker lake

Day 17:  Gho – Taal  1700m (5 Hrs/approx)

Day 18: Taal  – Ghermu  1130 m (5 – 6 Hrs/approx)

Day 19: Ghermau   to Beshishar.

Day 20: Drive to Pokhara by bus / car

Trekking finished

Day 21: Full day sightseeing tour in Pokhara, overnight at Hotel

Day 22: Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus (6-7 hrs.)or flight (25min.), Overnight at Hotel

Day 23: Rest and shopping day, overnight at Hotel

Day 24: Fly out own destination or visit Lumbini, jungle safari
